Violations will result in confiscation of the phone and deletion of photos if found, and it will be returned at the gate upon exit. (6) Full responsibility for all personal belongings; the management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. (7) Smoking in all forms is prohibited in all facilities, including enclosed rooms, bathrooms, sandy beach, around the pool, on the platform, and allowed only in the terrace area. (8) Follow safety and security rules and preserve property, buildings, and public facilities, and use them properly. (9) Comply with the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, and do not collect donations, discuss politics, or engage in activities contrary to religion or public morals. I am responsible for any violations and fines regardless of their type. (10) The staff are here to maintain cleanliness and are not for personal service. (11) Registering information and paying fees does not guarantee entry until the information is verified at the entrance gate for final approval. (12) Non-compliance with any of these conditions grants the management the right to remove the visitor from the premises without any responsibility and without refund of any paid amounts. Refund policy: You can refund the purchase amount from Salla website (up to 24 hours before the reservation date). You must notify customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions (heavy rain only), the paid amount will be credited as balance that can be used within two weeks from the original reservation date. If new guests enter the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must notify the management and supervision team immediately and vacate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
