Refund policy: The purchase amount can be refunded from Salla website; customer service must be notified via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations. No refunds if the reservation is not canceled and the customer does not show up. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions (heavy rain only), the paid amount will be credited as a balance that can be used within two weeks from the original reservation date. If new guests arrive at the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must immediately notify the management and supervision team and evacuate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
