Terms and instructions: (1) Acceptance of the place as is and with its facilities (2) Maintaining cleanliness of the site and disposing of waste in designated areas (3) Not causing any disturbance or harm to neighbors or encroaching on their boundaries or property (4) Full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur on the site (God forbid), including drowning in the pool or sea (due to lack of fencing, pool protection, or lifeguard) and other incidents (jetski, kayak, water games). We are not responsible for any of these. (5) Photography is strictly prohibited to preserve visitors' privacy, except under the supervision of a staff member on site. Violating this will result in confiscation of the phone and deletion of photos if any, and it will be handed over at the gate upon exit. (6) Full responsibility for all personal belongings; the management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items (7) Smoking in all forms is prohibited in all facilities, including enclosed rooms, bathrooms, sandy beach, around the pool, on the platform, and is only allowed in the terrace area (8) Follow safety and security rules and maintain the property, buildings, and public facilities, and use them properly (9) Comply with the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, and do not collect donations, discuss political topics, or engage in activities or purposes that are contrary to religion or public morals. I accept responsibility and any fines incurred due to violations of these rules and instructions. (10) Female staff are present to maintain cleanliness and are not for personal service (11) Registering information and paying fees does not guarantee entry until the information is verified at the entrance gate for final approval (12) If any of these conditions are violated, the site management has the right to remove the visitor from the place without any liability and without refund of any paid amounts "Any contact with jet ski or boat passengers is prohibited as it disturbs our visitors and poses a danger to them while swimming." "Car entry into the site is prohibited; vehicles must be parked at the gate if the driver is male, to respect privacy." Refund policy: You can request a refund through the Salla website. Contact customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram to process the refund. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations. No refunds if the reservation is not canceled and the visitor does not show up. In case of same-day cancellation due to weather conditions (heavy rain only), the paid amount will be credited as a balance that can be used within two weeks from the original reservation date. If new guests arrive at the beach and find the site unsuitable for any reason, they must notify the management and supervision team immediately and vacate the site within half an hour of entry to receive a full refund. If they stay longer than half an hour, the paid amount will not be refunded.
