Product description

What is Gum Arabic? Gum Arabic (Gum Arabic) is a natural substance extracted from the Acacia tree (Hassab or Talh). It consists of soluble, indigestible dietary fibers known as prebiotic fibers, and easily dissolves in water without taste or smell, making its use comfortable. Health benefits of Gum Arabic (accurately): 1) Improving colon and digestive system health It acts as prebiotic fibers that feed beneficial bacteria. Helps reduce gases and bloating and facilitates digestion. Contributes to reducing irritable bowel syndrome symptoms in some people. 2) Lowering cholesterol levels Its fibers help reduce fat absorption in the intestines. May contribute to lowering LDL (bad cholesterol). 3) Supporting diabetic patients Slows sugar absorption. Helps improve insulin sensitivity indirectly through improving gut health. 4) Improving kidney functions (supportively) May reduce toxin accumulation (urea) by increasing its excretion. Commonly used in patients with mild to moderate kidney failure as an additional support—not as a treatment. 5) Weight control Provides a feeling of fullness because it is soluble fiber. Helps reduce calorie intake during the day. 6) Boosting the immune system By improving the balance of beneficial bacteria in the intestines. Methods of using Gum Arabic: 1) The traditional way (most common) Take a tablespoon (5–10 grams) of ground Gum Arabic. Dissolve in a cup of lukewarm water and leave for 10–15 minutes until it dissolves. Drink once or twice daily after meals. 2) To improve digestion and colon health 5 grams daily, dissolved in water. Preferably start with a small dose and gradually increase to avoid bloating. 3) For diabetic patients 10 grams daily after consulting a doctor. Preferably take with a main meal. 4) For weight loss In the morning on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before breakfast. Helps reduce appetite during the day. 5) For children Half the dose (2–5 grams). Not given to children under 4 years old. Important precautions: Generally safe, but may cause slight bloating initially. It is preferable to gradually increase the dose over a week. Drink enough water. Consult a doctor if you have: Advanced kidney diseases Or digestive problems requiring a special fiber diet Or are taking diabetes or cholesterol medications. Suitable form of Gum Arabic: The best type is from Hassab (more fiber content). Sold as pieces or powder: Pieces should be crushed before use. Powder is ready and dissolves faster.
