The boy of Andalusia

Oh Andalus, how you shined like this until you surpassed the sky in height then you fell? So where was the sword of Al-Mansur who overwhelmed kingdoms, pierced chests, defeated the enemy, and terrified everyone until a mother would tell her son: Sleep or Al-Mansur will come to you. Did Al-Mansur die and his sword buried with him, or did he not find anyone to carry the sword well, so rust accumulated on it and it vanished? The sun of Islam shone on Andalus, and Arab horses neighing, striking with their hooves, swords clashing, spears pounding, and the Arab arrow flying carrying within its wings an eternal Andalusian story, telling of this youth who carried the sword and ruled Andalus for twenty-seven years, spreading light and reaching with his horses to the far north of Andalus, creating a glorious legacy so that our story in Andalus remains a beacon of civilization, filling us with pride for generations and generations.
