The current batch of Women in Individuals ( Al Jawharah - Al Jazy - Felwah - Dalal - Shmairikhah - Um Jghailif ) are the women of the very original drawing of Women in Black, which was made in 2019. Unlike all other women of Women

in Individuals are all made later, in 2025, through Women in the Matrix drawing, which was exhibited at Misk and Rashid Al Shashai Studio. Those women are super limited in edition (less than 10 copies for each), unlike the rest, which are a minimum of 80 copies, each.

Each woman in this series is a limited edition of less than 10 prints, only. No additional reproduction of her will ever be produced or reprinted ever. Each print is numbered, hand-signed, and certified with a certificate of authenticity.

“Women in Individuals” is part of “Women in Black” concept which started initially in 2019, then continued potentially in 2025 through the bigger original piece “Women in The Matrix” which was exhibited in Misk Art Institute, Summer Exhibition, Riyadh, 2025. Also, at Sarmd Exhibition, which was hosted in the popular Saudi artist Rashid Al Shashai’s studio, at Jax Dist., Riyadh, 2025.

This series of “Women in Individuals” adds a more focused aspect to “Women in Black” concept where each woman’s uniqueness and individuality behind the full veil is highlighted through a very bold frame. Each figure was drawn from real-life inspired by real women. Each woman’s body types, heights, personalities, and age range emerging under all these layers.

The original piece was created in black ink on paper.
