XPRESS QUICK-DRYING ACRYLIC SPRAY PAINT

Surface Preparation

• The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil, dust and rust.

• Remove loose paint and rust using suitable sandpaper or preparation tools.

• Apply a suitable primer when required for the material.

• Cover all surrounding areas that should not be painted.

Directions for Use

• Shake the can vigorously for at least two minutes after hearing the mixing balls move.

• Continue shaking occasionally during application.

• Test the color and spray pattern on a separate piece before starting.

• Hold the can upright approximately 20–30 cm away from the surface.

• Spray using smooth, continuous side-to-side movements.

• Apply several light coats instead of one heavy coat.

• Allow suitable drying time between coats according to the can instructions.

• Allow the paint to dry completely before touching or using the item.

Cleaning the Spray Nozzle

• After use, turn the can upside down.

• Press the nozzle for a few seconds until only propellant is released.

• Wipe the nozzle with a clean cloth.

• This process helps prevent the nozzle from becoming blocked.

How to Identify the Color if the Cap Is Lost

The colored cap provides a quick visual reference, but it is not the only way to identify the paint. If the cap is lost, check the information printed on the bottom of the can, including:

• Product color number and RAL reference number.

• Batch number.

• Production and expiry dates.

Always use the reference number printed on the bottom of the can when ordering the same color again or matching multiple cans.

Important Color-Matching Information

The color shown on a screen may differ slightly from the actual applied color because of lighting, screen settings, surface material, primer color, application thickness and number of coats. For the best possible match, use cans carrying the same color reference and preferably the same batch number.
