Book name: Zerok Author: Don Dullil Publisher: Ninawa Book classification: Novel Number of pages: 288 About the book: Everyone wants to possess the end of the world. This is what my father said, standing beside the windows surrounding his office in New York; where he manages his private wealth, family investments, and emerging markets. We shared a rare, contemplative moment, and the moment was completed with his old-fashioned sunglasses, which bring the night inside. I gazed at the abstract art of the room in various ways, and I began to understand that the silence that extended after his words does not belong to any of us. I thought of his second wife, the archaeologist, whose consciousness and exhausted body would begin to drift into the void, according to a set schedule.
