Memoirs of an Iraqi dog

Book name: Memoirs of an Iraqi Dog Author: Abdulhadi Saadon Publisher: Shahrayar Book classification: Novel Number of pages: 160 About the book: The novel does not pass only through the words of friendship, solidarity, betrayal, and love, but also steps in the fields of slaughterhouses, prisons, detention centers, and escape, and a description of the life of a dog for any Iraqi. A story of a country left in the hands of bloody tyrants and mistreated by foreigners and Iraqis... The novelist does not lead us to possible hope except in one thing: it is possible to be a dog, but not necessarily to be a participating party with the herd.
