Pen Parker 88

The Parker 88 was officially released in 1988 AD to coincide with the name of the pens (although it was already available for purchase at the end of 1987!). It was designed to be an intermediate pen that appeals to those who want a more luxurious pen than the very successful Parker Vector budget. Also known as "Parker 88 Place Vendome" where Parker 88 was issued in honor of Parisian elegance. Near the end of 1994, the name Parker 88 was changed to Parker Realto with some minor modifications made to the pen, including the word "Realto" added to the body trim ring and the nibs engraved with 88 ornate.
