Chartered Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (CIEH Level 3 Intermediate) which is equivalent to NEBOSH aimed at supervisors and managers in various work environments. Planning and organizing to implement the health and safety system. Understanding the principles of risk management and the ability to identify and assess risks. Understanding the nature of hazards in the work environment (accidents – occupational diseases) and ways to control them. Monitoring and measuring safety system performance practically (Monitoring & Review). Occupational health and safety management – principles, terminology, and system elements. 2. The six principles and elements affecting occupational health and safety: - Leadership - Emotional intelligence - Decision making - Effective communication and collaboration - Performance factors - Situational awareness. 3. Risk profiling – identifying risks and determining controls using the control pyramid. 4. Work injuries, risks, and controls – how injuries occur and the best ways to control them. 5. Occupational diseases, risks, and controls – understanding the effects of unsafe practices on health. 6. Organization and implementation – roles of supervisors, communication with employees, training, emergency preparedness. 7. Performance monitoring – monitoring methods, incident investigation, documentation. 8. Performance review – purpose of periodic review and how it contributes to continuous improvement. --- 📊 Evaluation method: Scenario-based exam. Exam duration: 24 hours.
