Product description
This book represents the culmination of the ideas of our teacher, Dr. Muhammad Ahmad Siraj, who was born and raised in Al-Azhar Al-Sharif until he completed his secondary education, which had an active impact on shaping his scientific and jurisprudential formation. He then moved to Dar Al-Ulum College, where he remains to this day, in addition to his current teaching of Islamic studies at the American University in Cairo. This book was a natural development of our teacher's thought, who initially started the idea by authoring a traditional academic book in Usul al-Fiqh for law college students more than twenty-five years ago, then later thought deeply and extensively about how to present the legal system in a new form that would move away from the traditional framework of textbooks, and to include cognitive courses that are expected to create a fusion between the theoretical academic side and the practical applied side.
