Product description
This work denies the occurrence of Arab colonization of Spain, considering that the emergence of Islamic civilization in Al-Andalus was the result of the Spaniards' acceptance of it, due to the great proximity between the Christian Arian doctrine that was prevalent before the Muslims' arrival. Because the Spaniards' belief in that monotheistic doctrine that rejects the Trinity made them see Islam as a religion compatible with their doctrinal perception; which facilitated its influence in their religious consciousness. The author also confirms that the documents of Al-Andalus history were destroyed, and that all the materials available to the reader today are writings that predate the year 711 AD by decades. Therefore, he calls for a re-reading of this historical moment with a critical perspective that takes into account all that remains of the history of medieval Spain in various fields. This justifies the author's reliance, while constructing the argumentative framework of his thesis, on data related to very diverse fields of knowledge such as geography, architecture, ethnography, archaeology, and others.
