Between Masking & Boundaries | بين الأقنعة و الحدود

In a constant quest of exploring the-self, in this piece, i have realized how we tend to mask ourselves for the sake of protecting something pure within us that was perhaps silenced or shamed as children; this work reflects the fragile process of self-definition—how we mask, how we reclaim our innocent parts, and how boundaries are formed in the liminal space between who we are and who we show.

في رحلة مستمرة لاستكشاف الذات، أدركتُ من خلال هذا العمل كيف نميل إلى إخفاء ذواتنا، بدافع حماية شيء نقي في داخلنا، ربما تم إسكاتُه أو إشعارُه بالخجل في طفولتنا. يعكس هذا العمل العملية الهشّة لتعريف الذات؛ كيف نضع الأقنعة، وكيف نستعيد أجزاءنا البريئة، وكيف تتشكّل الحدود في المساحة الفاصلة بين حقيقتنا وما نُظهره للآخرين.
