I tried Anisistri specialty coffee, and it was an impressive experience! As soon as you drink it, you feel a rich taste balanced between acidity and bitterness. The flavor starts light, but with each sip, its uniqueness increases. The coffee begins with smooth chocolate notes, then a quiet fruit flavor emerges, like red grapes that give a fresh touch. The ending was with roasted nut flavor that gives a distinctive and rich taste. A complete coffee from start to finish, each cup gives you a nice balance between the flavors.
