It does not matter whether the administrator is well-educated or moderately so, as the subject does not start and end with culture. It does not matter whether the administrator is calm or nervous, generous or harsh, heavy-hearted or light-hearted, loved or hated, as all these are traits that concern the person but not the being, the administrator. When it comes to administrative leadership, only the following matter: knowing the correct decision, making the correct decision, implementing the correct decision.
