A business visit undertaken by Sohaib the engineer, an American of Iraqi origin, to the city of Mosul, to which his parents belong and which he has never seen before. The reason for the visit relates to his presentation of an architectural design for rebuilding the Prophet Yunus shrine, which was blown up by ISIS during their control of the city. But this business visit brings him together with relatives he does not know because of a family rift that occurred before his birth. Sohaib gradually discovers that he has entered a tunnel full of hidden secrets that shaped many aspects of his personality without him even realizing their existence.
