The cursed epic

Ezra Pound, American poet, considered one of the most prominent pioneers of modernism in poetry, and has significant contributions in the fields of poetry, translation, and literary theory. Pound is known for his experimental style, interest in poetic images, and influence from ancient Eastern cultures. Despite his genius, Pound was a controversial figure due to his support for fascism during World War II, which led to his name being mentioned in the context of the "cursed epic."
