Product shipping service for maintenance purposes

The price includes 1- Shipping the item from the customer's city to the store's headquarters (36 Riyals). 2- Contacting the agent, delivering the item to him, following up on the repair process, and receiving the item after repair (50 Riyals). 3- Returning the item to the customer's city after receiving it from the agent (36 Riyals). The price does not include damages not covered by the warranty after the agent's inspection of the item, and the customer will be informed of the required amount if they wish to have it repaired by the agent. Notes: - Payment for these services must be made in advance, and the store is not responsible for the repair duration as this is the responsibility of the agents' maintenance centers. - The service fee is non-refundable after payment unless canceled before the service begins or if it cannot be performed. - The customer is responsible for packaging and protecting the item during shipping. - Photos of the item from all sides showing its condition must be uploaded, along with a detailed description of the problem in the problem description box. - The item will be sent with all parts and contents as received. - Add order number or mobile number.
