Product description

We have chosen for you this new harvest from El Salvador also from a different area at an altitude ranging between 1300-1400 meters above sea level from the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range with beautiful scenery. The Carmen province is one of the main areas in the production of specialty coffee in Central America where its farms are managed by the illustrious Antonio Alvaro family for nearly a hundred years, and four successive generations have cultivated coffee until today. 60% of the coffee cherry trees there grow slowly under shade, and they age less quickly, which helps to evenly ripen the coffee cherries, as well as contribute to intensifying the natural sugars and enhancing the coffee's hints. Processing: dried. Varieties: Bourbon, Pacas, and Catuaí. Altitude: 1300-1400 meters. Hints: tropical fruits, nuts, chocolate.
