Usage: This type of formulation is used in what is called removable partial dentures, meaning there are natural teeth in good condition. Product features: Easy to remove and clean, easy to repair when broken, can add teeth and clasps, accepts re-manufacturing of the tissue-contacting side. Product disadvantages: May not fit some patients' sizes, difficulty accepting the device in the mouth with difficulty speaking for some patients, easy to break with misuse. Manufacturing method: Manual or digital size, denture fabrication with trial wax, delivery. Manufacturing duration: Depending on the type and number of missing teeth, fabrication is done in no more than 4 visits to the dentist, and the manufacturing time may range from 10 to 20 days.
