Join us at Milh for an intimate, hands-on experience where you’ll learn simple practices to care for your face and create a ritual you can continue at home.

We’ll begin by creating your own personalized facial oil blend, followed by a guided Face Yoga practice exploring facial movement, activation and relaxation. We’ll then slow things down with Gua Sha, learning how to use the tool and incorporate it into your everyday routine.

You’ll also have a little something to take home, so you can continue your experience beyond the workshop.
