Product description
The scent is inspired by the vision of sweet yellow flowers, white elephants, and towering mountain peaks that form the Thai vision of Trayastrimsa — Buddhist Nirvana or the afterlife — Mandarava is the perfume maker Brin Lumros's interpretation of what the smell of paradise looks like. Initially, the scent of paradise emanates from the magnificent tropical flowers placed around your neck, ripe jasmine, rice pudding and champaca, and rich ylang-ylang with butter and banana, sending the senses into a daze. There is an impression of a plump red fruit bursting with juices, threatening to emerge from the pollen-soaked flowers and flow down your arm endlessly. But this is not an innocent feminine relationship. Mandarava shows us that flowers can be completely dirty when they want to be. The luxury of Indian oud blends fiercely with sharp civet and earthy cumin to add a warm animalic touch to the floral bouquet, which seems to be inspired by the strong 80s law, just before rephrasing. Now imagine this dense, warm floral knot being lifted and spread by the clean powdery musk and soft incense ash, where the animalic floral hints of oud emanate in and out to breathe life into the composition. After smelling both Ma Nishtana and Mandarava, we call Prin Lomros the master of oriental incense in the perfume industry.
