Last of the witnesses | Svetlana Alexievich

The last witnesses by Svetlana Alexievich ... Svetlana Alexievich created a new type of literature based on writing a novel from the multiple voices of witnesses of a certain period. She won dozens of international awards, most notably the Peace Prize from the Frankfurt Book Fair 2013, and the Nobel Prize in Literature 2015, which she received for her diverse multi-voiced works that represent a landmark of suffering and courage in our time. She deepens in her exceptional style, which is based on a precise interweaving of human voices — understanding an entire era.
