Product description
Eliot presents through her hero "Latemoor" a story revolving around her works, busy with themes of human connection and empathy, through a hero endowed with a different mind with special abilities enabling him to telepathically connect and cross into others' thoughts, thus transferring the world of her short story into the heart of the human soul, making it a homeland for events and a space for a exhausted man dying to the rhythms of a slow death to rid himself of all his pains and illusions. The novel, which is 63 pages long, is narrated by a single narrator, "Latemoor," who grew up feeling strange since he lost his mother at an early age, and did not experience care or compensation from his father for the loss of his mother, so he grew up as a "strange child," saying as he recalls parts of his childhood: "I have no need to stay in such a stage of my life, I have said enough to indicate that my nature was highly sensitive and somewhat strange, and that I grew up in an irregular environment that could not taste the meaning of happiness."
