Cyproterone works by blocking the excess androgen hormone called androgen in the ovaries and reducing unwanted facial hair growth and acne. - Ethinyl Estradiol, on the other hand, acts as an enhancer. It boosts the effect of Cyproterone by reducing the amount of androgen in the blood. - Collectively, both effectively treat the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome. Usage instructions: - Diane 35 Tablet 21 comes in oral tablets that can be taken with or without food but should be taken at the same time every day for best results. - It is supposed to be taken for 21 days starting from the first day of your menstrual cycle, then during the remaining seven days, it should not be taken. - Your period will remain regular every month. - Consult your doctor for more advice.
