Steps to order your personalized gift Because our gifts are made specifically for you, the ordering process is through simple steps that ensure accuracy in execution: Contact us via WhatsApp. Click here to be directly redirected to our chat. We will respond to confirm the possibility of execution and give you the final price based on your specific request. After agreement, we will send an official payment link from our store (Salla) containing your invoice with all the details we agreed upon. You can pay securely via Apple Pay, Mada, credit card, or Tabe. Once the payment is completed, we immediately start preparing your gift and keep you updated until it is shipped to you. What do we need from you when contacting us? To serve you faster, it is preferable to provide the following in the first message: Type of occasion: (graduation, birthday, wedding... etc.) Desired date: (when would you like to receive the gift?) Specific details: (name to be written, preferred colors, or any additional notes) Your approximate budget (optional): to suggest the best options that suit you. Recipient: do you want to receive it yourself or send it to someone else. Important notes: Custom gifts require two working weeks, excluding the shipping time to the customer, as we provide them privately. No order is started until payment is confirmed via the sent link. Please review all details in the WhatsApp conversation before payment, as it is the primary reference for execution. Once we start providing the order from the source, it cannot be canceled. Gift coordination service policy (custom order): • Service fees are paid for consultation and providing suitable suggestions for your order. • When you approve the order, the consultation fee is automatically deducted from the total gift price. • The amount is non-refundable if the consultation was provided but the order was not completed. • The amount is only refundable if we apologize for not executing the order before we start offering any suggestions.
