Scope of Service

• Preliminary review of the dispute type and claims.
• Identification of the required labor documents.
• Identification of the current stage and the expected path.
• Preparation of a scope and fee proposal for representation.

Not Included

• Any legal work before the file is accepted and the scope and fees are agreed.

Prerequisites

• Employment contract, if any.
• Summary of the facts and dates.
• Names of the parties, to check for conflicts of interest.
• Termination decisions, claims, or settlement minutes, if any.

Execution: The request is first reviewed to verify jurisdiction, absence of conflicts of interest, and completeness of documents. A written fee proposal is then issued by the licensed lawyer based on the scope of the case, its stage, and the competent authority.

Pricing: Submitting the study request is free and does not constitute acceptance of the case or a fee agreement. Work begins after the fee proposal is approved and the engagement is completed.
