Buying land inside the boundaries of the Haram in Mecca for sponsoring orphans

Start securing your residence in Paradise by contributing to the project of purchasing land within the Haram boundaries in Mecca to build an investment project whose proceeds will support orphans and care for them physically, educationally, living-wise, and psychologically; to combine multiplying the reward in the purest places and the greatest ongoing charity. The Prophet ﷺ said: "I and the one who sponsors an orphan in Paradise will be like this," and he pointed with the index and middle fingers (narrated by Bukhari); so how about accompanying the Prophet ﷺ in Paradise with a charity whose reward never ceases.
