Complete watch opening, disassembly, cleaning and re-lubrication service for our displayed Kurtz watches.

The service includes complete disassembly of the watch and careful cleaning of the internal parts, removing oils and dirt accumulated over time. The process is carried out by a specialist with 30 years of experience in watch maintenance, using high quality and long-lasting Swiss synthetic oils (Mobis) to ensure optimal performance.

Purchasing this service extends the warranty by 6 months, noting that the warranty does not cover misuse or exposure to water.

Even battery watches need regular cleaning, as every watch has a mechanical part that is affected by accumulated oils. If the watch is not cleaned regularly, it may lead to slow performance or stoppage of the watch in the future.

If you request this service and the watch does not need it, we undertake to inform you immediately and refund you the full amount.
