French niche perfume house BDK presents us with a new fragrance with a spicy amber character, honoring the oriental aspects of amber and saffron spices.

Sensual and intense, Amber is at the centre of the olfactory narrative of the new Harrods exclusive, exploring the oriental facets of this emblematic raw material. Blending with saffron, suede and woods, the fragrance transports the wearer to the heat of the East. The golden notes of saffron reveal a leathery, velvety, gourmand softness. We wanted to explore the different facets of amber while representing the burning heat of the East. Our inspiration was to create a sensual fragrance by combining amber and saffron. The symbolism of saffron is very strong in history. We wanted to represent this raw material through warm, woody and gourmand notes thanks to amber, suede and vanilla.
