Regarding Collection:

Once the order is completed, the amount paid will be the final price, and no additional fees will be charged.

After ordering the SIM card, you will be contacted to complete the SIM registration and verification during working hours, every day except Friday, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Important Notes:

• A valid national ID, the Nafath app, and an active email address are required.
• The SIM card will be activated using the customer's ID.
• The customer must be over 18 years old.
• Orders cannot be canceled after the service has been completed and the SIM card has been registered under the customer's name.
• After placing the order, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to activate the SIM card during daily working hours.
• If you request a physical SIM card, please collect it from the branch.

Choosing the eSIM involves a certain level of risk that is beyond our control. If the barcode does not arrive in your email, whether due to a technical issue with the service provider or because an incorrect email address was entered by you, you will need to visit the nearest branch of the service provider and request an “Electronic Replacement for a Lost SIM” yourself. We cannot issue or provide a replacement barcode remotely.
