Regarding Delivery:

Upon completion of the order, the amount paid will be the final price, and no additional fees will be charged.

After ordering the SIM card, you will be contacted to activate it during working hours every day except Friday, from 5 PM to 11 PM.

Important Notes:

A valid ID, Nafath app, and an active email address are required.

Activation is done using the customer's ID.

Age 18+ is required.

Orders cannot be canceled after the service has been completed and the SIM card has been registered in the customer's name.

After ordering, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to activate the SIM card during daily working hours.

If you order a physical SIM card, please pick it up from a branch.
