The SIM card works with routers and cameras, but sometimes you may need to configure the Access Point Name (APN). It is recommended to visit a mobile phone shop to program the SIM card with the device.

Note: The SIM card can be collected from the nearest self-service machine or Mobily branch.

Valid for 90 days.

Regarding Collection:

Upon completion of the order, the amount paid will be the final price, and no additional fees will be charged.

After ordering the SIM card, you will be contacted to activate it during working hours every day except Friday, from 5 PM to 11 PM.

Important Notes:

A valid ID, Nafath app, and an active email are required.

Activation is done using the customer's ID.

Age 18+ is required.

The order cannot be canceled after the service has been completed and the SIM card has been registered in the customer's name.

After ordering, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to activate the SIM card during working hours. If you require a standard SIM card, please pick it up from the branch.
