Order & Pickup Information

• The amount paid at checkout is the final price. No additional fees or charges will be required.
• After placing your SIM card order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to complete the SIM verification and activation process.
• Verification and activation are available daily except Friday, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements & Important Notes

• A valid national ID is required.
• The Nafath app must be active and available.
• An active email address is required.
• The SIM card will be activated and registered using the customer’s own ID.
• The customer must be 18 years of age or older.
• Once the service has been completed and the SIM card has been registered under the customer’s name, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
• After placing the order, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to complete the activation during the stated working hours.
• If you select a physical SIM card, it must be collected from the designated branch.

Please note that selecting an eSIM involves a certain level of risk that is beyond our control.

If the eSIM QR code/barcode does not arrive in your email, whether due to a technical issue with the telecom operator or because an incorrect email address was provided by you, you will be required to visit the nearest branch of the telecom operator and request an eSIM replacement (electronic replacement SIM) in person.

We are unable to issue or provide a replacement QR code remotely.
