After ordering the SIM card, you will be contacted to activate it during working hours every day except Friday, from 5 PM to 11 PM. Important Notices:

A valid ID, active Nafath app, and an active email address are required.

Activation is done using the customer's ID.

Must be over 18 years of age.

Orders cannot be canceled after the service has been completed and the SIM card has been registered in the customer's name.

After placing your order, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to activate the SIM card during daily business hours.

If you request a physical SIM card, please pick it up from a branch.
