• The SIM will be activated and registered under the customer's ID.

• An active Nafath app/account.
• An active email address.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.

Important Terms

• Once the service has been completed and the SIM has been registered under the customer's name, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
• After placing the order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp during the stated business hours to complete the activation process.
• If you choose a physical SIM card, it must be collected from the designated branch.

Please note that choosing an eSIM involves a potential risk that is beyond our control.

If the eSIM QR code is not delivered to your email address due to a technical issue with the service provider or because an incorrect email address was entered by the customer, you will be required to visit the nearest service provider branch and request an eSIM replacement for a lost SIM in person.

Please be aware that we are unable to issue or provide a replacement QR code remotely.
