The poem "Sahim" Al-Qusaybi revived a wonderful poetic epic from the heart of the story and legend, and through it rewrote this endless debate between dualities of love and forbidden, freedom and slavery, and he also touched the depths of the human soul in its fluctuations between wrath and revenge. Thus, Al-Qusaybi revived the memory of "Sahim" and brought it into his collection after it had been resting peacefully beneath the earth where his tortured body was buried by burning in the year 35 AH, due to his infatuation with the women of his tribe Banu "Al-Hasshas".
