Product description
Enjoy superior driving stability with a mechanically developed balancing pin that enhances tire grip, reduces chassis tilt, and provides high confidence in curves and highways. It maintains passenger safety while reducing tire wear, lowering cabin vibrations, and improving suspension response for long distances even in summer heat and heavy loads, ensuring optimal performance.
Balancing pin specifications:
- Heat-treated carbon steel metal provides high hardness and reduces deformation under strong suspension loads
Classification: Electrical parts
- Standard length 280 mm fits most pickup truck suspensions with secure fastening preventing loosening
- NBR synthetic rubber bushing absorbs vibrations and isolates noise for a quieter and more comfortable ride
- Fixing pin with precise splines ensures accurate alignment and facilitates removal and installation during routine maintenance
- Zinc-coated rust-resistant design extends the lifespan of the balancing pin in humid and hot climates
Features of the balancing pin:
1- Increases vehicle stability during turns by distributing side forces and reducing chassis deviation, giving the driver confident control without extra effort
2- Reduces tire wear by improving contact angle with the road, saving maintenance costs and extending tire life over longer distances
3- Absorbs suspension vibrations to improve passenger comfort and reduce cabin noise, especially on rough roads and sharp bumps
4- Easy maintenance thanks to a quick-release design that allows replacing the bushing or shackle without disassembling the entire system, saving workshop time
5- Uses a balancing pin approved by international quality authorities, enhancing driving safety, ensuring compliance with factory standards, and supporting the performance of various electronic stability systems
Installation method:
1- Lift the vehicle with secure stands, then remove the wheel to access the mounting arm and support the chassis well
2- Unscrew the upper bolt then the lower bolt with a torque wrench, spraying rust remover to facilitate loosening
3- Gently pull out the old pin, ensuring the mounting base is intact and protective covers are not torn
4- Insert the new pin, adjust the bushing, then install the lower bolt and tighten it to the recommended torque
5- Secure the upper bolt of the balancing pin with the factory torque, then reinstall the wheel and test the vehicle
