Libre Santal Couture — a limited 2026 edition created by legendary perfumer Anne Flipo — is the most woody fragrance in the series' history. It retains the iconic tension between lavender and orange blossom, but completely replaces the base notes.

The transformation: The original Libre is based on cedarwood—sharp, prominent, and structured. Santal Couture replaces it with sandalwood—warmer, closer to the skin, and more intimate. The same composition, but with a lower, deeper tone.

The opening bursts with aromatic freshness: pure French lavender—Libre's timeless signature—with its clean, non-medicinal, herbaceous character, alongside bright mandarin and lemon, and a warm touch of cardamom. A vibrant, luminous start.

The heart unfolds with a white femininity: a sensual Moroccan orange blossom accord—offering what lavender cannot: softness and femininity without slipping into sweetness. A perfect balance between aromatic coolness and floral warmth.

The base is the real star: New Caledonian sandalwood—one of the finest sandalwoods in the world—with its warm, velvety creaminess, combined with vanilla and wood.
