Size exchange policy

This policy is exclusive for our customers who purchased from our store and want to exchange the size for the same model. The shipping company's fees are on us and will be on you. Before purchasing this policy, ensure the following: 🔴 The product must be in its original condition without any use or benefit from it, and not scented with your perfumes or dirty. 🔴 The validity to inform us or purchase the policy is 24 hours after you receive the order. Receipt of the order to the nearest SMSA branch within 48 hours of sending the return policy via WhatsApp. After purchasing the policy, customer service will contact you via WhatsApp to process the policy and send it through WhatsApp. ❌ Cases where the product cannot be exchanged - exceeding the specified period for the exchange request - making any modifications to the dress by the customer - any damage or defect in the dress due to customer misuse. 🔴 No exchange or refund after the exchange. 🔴 We strive to serve you 💜
