Rules for subscribing to the Turkish language course 1. The schedule and lessons are sent to the student before payment 2. The teacher and students are added to a WhatsApp group and a presentation of days and times is provided 3. Lessons are sent after the live lesson one day later, and the student has the right to download the lesson before it is deleted from Zoom cloud for a maximum of 5 days 4. In case of delay from the teacher's side, the minutes are compensated in the same lesson 5. The teacher has the right to apologize a maximum of three times; if exceeded, the teacher is replaced by the academy 6. The student has the right to apologize a maximum of three times; after that, the student is expelled from the course 8. Any delay from the students is not compensated by the teacher 9. After the course has started or upon withdrawal, the student cannot claim any refunds or amounts 10. Recorded lessons are sent, and students have the right to download them within three days before they are deleted by the academy If all students do not attend the live lesson more than twice, the course is canceled, and participants are not entitled to a refund
