Product description

Costa Rica's Trenfo comes from the highlands of the West Valley, a region renowned for its natural balance and meticulous coffee cultivation. The crop's name reflects the story of a seasoned farmer whose expertise spans multiple farms and advanced processing facilities, resulting in globally recognized coffees.

The anaerobic drying process gives the cup a distinct depth, highlighting the crop's natural sweetness with an elegant consistency. This precise technique smoothly showcases the character of the H3 strain , creating a balanced experience without harshness.

In the cup, hints of tropical fruits emerge with a smooth presence, followed by intense sweetness and a full body that leaves a comforting and satisfying impression. An ideal experience for those seeking a sophisticated everyday coffee, and also perfect for private tasting sessions for those who appreciate fine details.

Roasting this crop at Abla Roastery is done carefully to highlight its features without exaggeration, maintaining the clarity of the nuances and the balance of the texture—whether served as filter coffee or espresso.
