This is 100% extra virgin olive oil, Tagasca quality, from Western Liguria. Where olive trees grow on mountain terraces beside deep valleys, up to 700 meters high. This unique natural scene surrounding the trees is the main factor that gives the olives this distinctive quality; the steep mountains rapidly slope toward the sea, allowing the sea breeze to reach higher elevations where the olive trees grow. The oil has a light golden yellow color that shines gently. Its delicate and not overpowering flavor evokes memories of dried almonds, ripe fruits, and fresh flowers. When tasting, this oil is characterized by smoothness and sweetness, and after swallowing, it leaves a subtle, circular trace that lasts in the mouth. That is why we chose to add a luxurious golden color to the packaging design to enhance the product's elegance.
