My family and I went on a summer vacation to Oland Island in 2020. Oland is the second largest island in Sweden, separated from the mainland by the Kalmara Strait. The island is located in the Baltic Sea. In Oland, you smell the sea and the wood of trees, and when the rain touches the soil, another wonderful scent spreads around. Since then, I decided to create a perfume inspired by the natural beauty of Oland. It took nine months of dedicated work to compose this refreshing fragrance that combines the scent of fresh citrus and the sea. The natural scents and the smell of the sea are complemented by Kashmiran resin and dry, warm, woody pine. Men wearing Acqua di Dura feel more chivalrous and confident. The top ingredients are grapefruit, ambroxan, and lemon peel. The middle ingredients are chestnut and tangerine. The basic notes are Kashmiran and sandalwood.
