Mint of the gardens

It turns out that we are not worthy of preserving any history, do you think I am ignorant, Abu Al-Saud Effendi? Oh brother, it is enough that I have associated with you for this long life, cursed be the history I protect but does not protect me, which forces me to remain for a lifetime just a guard for it. This is a history that worries my sleep, and every time I look into it I find myself small! And I find it disgusted with my wardrobe that I put it in! From the hand that might scratch it! And I find myself terrified of the eye that will envy us for it, and the petty souls that seek to steal it! Do you want us, Abu Al-Saud Effendi, to repeat what happened to us from the beginning? As long as the box is with us, the devil is in our house. All our children will fight over it.
