The servant of the talisman

He was indeed a bird.. with a dark black color, and giant wings like eagle wings.. He quietly approached the tree overlooking the window, and stood staring with his blood-red eyes.. No, he was not a crow if that was your impression.. rather, I believe he resembles no other known bird on earth. It seems to me he came directly from the heart of hell!! His mouth opened into a fierce scream, as if someone was torturing him alive.. a scream that tore through the silence of the night violently, and almost shattered the house's glass windows. This thing continued its terrifying screams, until it nearly drove my nerves crazy, and tore my eardrums, and I had nothing but to scream back to lessen the pressure of what it was doing to my mind, and it was only a few seconds before I lost consciousness.
