Wharfedale Pro TYPHON-AX8-BT 8-Inch Active Bluetooth Speaker

Powerful sound and flexible connectivity in a compact design. The Wharfedale Pro TYPHON-AX8-BT combines built-in amplification with Bluetooth audio streaming, making it a versatile choice for portable sound systems and fixed installations.

Powerful Audio Performance

The bi-amplified Class D system delivers 720 W continuous power and 1440 W peak power, with a maximum sound pressure level of 127 dB at 1 metre. Its two-way design pairs an 8-inch woofer with a high-frequency compression driver for clear, balanced sound.

Bluetooth Streaming and Wireless Stereo

Stream audio from compatible Bluetooth devices with convenient wireless playback. TWS linking allows two compatible speakers to work together as a wireless stereo system.

Four DSP Sound Modes

Tailor the sound to your application using four built-in digital processing modes:

• Flat: For balanced sound reproduction.

• Monitor: For stage monitoring applications.

• Bass: For enhanced low-frequency response.

• Punch: For a more energetic sound character.

Flexible Connections and Durable Construction

Two combo inputs support XLR and 6.35 mm jack connections, alongside two RCA inputs and an XLR link output. The polypropylene enclosure and steel front grille provide durable construction, while a 35 mm pole mount offers convenient speaker stand mounting.
