We present to the Arab reader a selected collection of letters from the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche (1844 - 1900) to his relatives, friends, and female friends. These are rare letters written during his lifetime, among other letters, revealing various aspects of his relationships with philosophers, thinkers, creators, and musicians he met in his active philosophical life. They also reveal the diaries of this prolific philosopher and his positions on many issues that were of interest to him. The letters reveal the human Nietzsche, his feelings and sensations, his love and anger, his semi-monthly writings to his mother and sister. Nietzsche the human and the artist, a music lover and musician himself. These are letters about Nietzsche's pains and suffering in his journey with illness that was taking its toll on him. They show how this philosopher used to write his personal daily history on the margins of writing his major works, which he cherished in modern and contemporary philosophical history.
