A brief about the book of morals
It may be correct to say that every human culture adopts a system of morals specific to it, and it views the morals of others with some suspicion and contempt.
Therefore, it is necessary for us, before searching for the lost morals of the Arabs, to know the basis on which the search is built.
In other words, we must know what morals are before knowing what is lost from them.
And in order to take a foundation to rely on in approaching this subject, I will try to compare the morals of Bedouinism and civilization.
And I have a reason that urges me to do so, as I found that the Arab society has been distinguished among many other societies by its strong connection to Bedouinism on one hand, and by being the homeland of the most ancient civilizations in history on the other.
Quotes from the book of morals by Ali Al-Wardi
We cannot reform morals through sermons and advice in the way that the ancients used to do long ago.
Morals are born from the social conditions surrounding them.
And unless those conditions change, we cannot hope for morals to change as we desire.
